Chef Yoshitaka Takayanagi is Head Chef at Michelin 1-Star restaurant LaScene Theleme, a true gem located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris step away from Champs Elysees. All year long, he delights the quests with a menu inspired by the seasons and the beauty of the products.

Chef Yoshitaka grew up in the Mont Fuji region and studied at the prestigious Tsuji Culinary School in Japan. He then went to France and worked in the kitchen of some of the most prestigious chefs including Guy Martin, Yannick Alleno, and Alain Ducasse. While learning from these great chefs, he also fell in love with French terroir. At La Sxene Theleme, Chef Yoshitaka shares his own wonderful culinary vision.
