1 cup MONOGRAM Monovarietal “Athinolia cultivar” extra virgin olive oil
3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisin
2 eggs
1tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp nutmeg
2 vanilla
Bake for 45-50 min in a preheated oven (175oC)
