Strong in its bitterness and pungency with a rich mouthfeel, and a strong and long persistent aftertaste. The bitterness and spiciness are in perfect harmony, which demonstrates the high amount of polyphenols.

  • Use it for dipping oil for crusty bread. Just sprinkle with a little sea salt.
  • Use it as a salad dressing along with a little squeeze of citrus.
  • Use it on a Greek salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, feta cheese and MONOGRAM Kalamata olives. Add a splash of good red wine vinegar and a sprinkle of oregano for the quintessential summer salad!
  • Add it as an elegant finishing oil over a homemade soup
  • Drizzle over chocolate ice cream to add depth and complexity, or bake it into an olive oil cake

Indeed, MONOGRAM Early Harvest Koroneiki cultivar-Organic” is analyzed annually by accredited laboratories according to ΙSΟ 17025 and is certified to contain a high bio phenol content according to the official COI/ T.20/Doc. No 29. – HPLC method, recognized by the International Olive Council.

Health claim: “Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress” (Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012). The beneficial effect of polyphenols are obtained with a daily intake of 20 g (just 1,5 table spoon) of MONOGRAM extra virgin olive oil
