Athinolia is cultivated exclusively in southern Lakonia, in the municipality of Monemvasia, in southeast Peloponnese. Grown in a mild Mediterranean climate with warm winters and hot summers, Athinolia has an exceptional brilliant golden green colour, robust fruitiness with dominant notes of citrus fruits and almond. Its taste is powerfully fresh, harmonious and well-balanced with a delicate spicy finish. Unique in character with an exceptional aftertaste. It’s quaranteed to please.

Indeed, “MONOGRAM Athinolia cultivar Organic” is analyzed annually by accredited laboratories according to ΙSΟ 17025 and is certified to contain a high bio phenol content according to the official COI/ T.20/Doc. No 29. – HPLC method, recognized by the International Olive Council.

Health claim:Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress” (Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012). The beneficial effect of polyphenols are obtained with a daily intake of 20 g (just 1,5 table spoon) of MONOGRAM extra virgin olive oil
